Whether asking users to make a donation, send a message to their legislator, or sign a campaign pledge, digital forms are a key tool in the success of communication efforts for the organization. Through user data, testing and research, I redesigned a series of digital forms and all pathways the user may take, using a mobile first approach.
Optimizing forms to perform as seamless and delightful as possible for users is best practice and an ongoing process. Forms make or break the most crucial online interactions—through regular testing and updates, we’re able to provide a better user experience and increase conversions.
